This workshop is for you if ….

You’ve been at a job or in an industry for a while and are feeling the pull to do something different.

– or –

The goals you’ve reached are yesterday’s news, and you’re not sure where to focus your efforts & energy.

– or –

You’re ready to move up or out of your current role, but crave the confidence to make a change.

You might be asking:

  • Is this all there is?
  • Where can I find the drive, energy and motivation at this stage of my career?
  • Have I gotten complacent? Am I still relevant?
  • Am I throwing away all the expertise and credibility I’ve developed if I decide to pivot?
  • If I decide to change directions, how will I be accepted in a new industry?
  • What if it doesn’t work out?

Join us in this workshop and you’ll discover methods, tools and resources to put those worries to rest.

Go from identifying yourself as a role or position to seeing yourself based on your core traits and strengths.
You are more than your skills.

When you strengthen the connection between your experience and where you want to be, others will feel and see the possibilities too.

You’ll be thinking of yourself and presenting yourself in a whole new light. One that’s full of opportunities and options.

It means getting clear on broader career and life strategies as well as specific skill transfers.

You’ll be able to understand why your interests, abilities, and interactions are starting to look & feel different.
There’s a science to a meaningful second half.

This workshop will give you space and support to explore those strategies so you can answer questions like:

What DO I want to be doing?

who do I want to be working for & with?

how do I define success?

You'll Learn How To

  • Apply your deep skills, abilities, talents and strengths to various industries and roles
  • Lead your career decisions with your core values & principles
  • Identify your impact zone – where and how you can make a difference
  • Build your confidence and momentum
  • Find success in the second half of your career

Meet Your Host

Hi, I’m Jackie Brown and I’ve been where you are.

After 30 years in the advertising and marketing industry I wanted something different. I leveraged all of that experience and leadership to pivot into what looks like a very different industry. Yet my skills, talents and natural strengths have transferred beautifully.

I’ll be bringing you tools and resources which helped me, and have helped my coaching clients maneuver through their own career plateaus.  These, coupled with the International Coaching Federation coaching method, create a powerful workshop which gives you a safe space to explore your situation, ideas and options.

I love helping people see themselves in a new light as they reignite their careers. The best vehicle for this transformation is in the personal connection we get in the live sessions. This is not a pre-recorded webinar. This is real-time coaching and guidance with you and a few other hand-selected students.
